How to use

In the shower, massage the soap into the skin of your hips, arms and stomach in long, circular movements. Wash the soap off your body with cold water only (the cold water stimulates the blood vessels and lymph). Spray a strong jet on the inside of your legs, especially your hips, up to your groins. Then move the water jet around your stomach in circular movements, and finally up the inner side on your arms up to your armpits.
